But as we embarked on this new chapter, the unexpected challenges of COVID-19 emerged, casting shadows of uncertainty across industries worldwide. Our expansion efforts, though spirited and robust, weren’t immune to the pandemic’s complexities. Yet, our commitment remained unshaken even as we navigated these unforeseen hurdles.
